Please email us as soon as possible at enquiry@betime,biz with your order number and the updated address , as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet shipped.
Please check in "Order". After your order is posted out, your order status will change from "Paid" to "Posted" with a courier company tracking number attached.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are unable to cancel if the purchases are packed and ready to ship. No refunds will be made.
Unfortunately we do not allow return of products.
You may exchange your purchase within 10 days upon receipt of the order and subject to the following terms and conditions:
· The product is damaged upon receiving
· Products are not opened or used from its original packaging
· The product you receive is incorrect
*Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.
We provide delivery via Qxpress , delivery costs will be S$4.00.
We do provide free delivery if you made a minimum $50 nett purchase.
Orders are processed within 2- 3 working days. We will try our best to deliver your purchase within the stated time frame. The delivery time period is between 9 am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday only.
Any orders after 12pm will be handling on the following working day.
No. We do not provide self collection services.
